What is Autoship?

A convenient, automatic shipment program that you control. You decide on the frequency of shipments to meet your needs, so you never run out of the products you want on a regular basis.

Is there a sign-up or cancellation fee?

Absolutely not. In fact, you save money on Autoship because in most cases you pay wholesale prices.

What about the frequency of Autoship orders?

You can set up Autoship orders to process from every two weeks to every seventeen weeks (120 days), and anywhere in between.

How is an Autoship order changed or cancelled?

Changes or cancellations must be made no later than one business day before an Autoship process date.

To make changes to your Autoship process date, products, frequency, shipping address and payment method or cancel, click on the “My Account” link at the top of the page. Enter your “User Name”, “Password” and click “Log In”. Scroll to “My Account Options” and click “Edit My Autoship” to make changes.

What happens if a process date falls on a weekend or holiday?

The order will process the business day before or after.

Autoship Courtesy Reminder Emails.

We send courtesy reminder emails to those with valid email addresses on file. An email is sent six days before an Autoship is scheduled to process. The email contains the product name(s), the current product price(s), shipping cost, applicable sales tax, order total and frequency. To improve the chances that your Courtesy Autoship Reminders arrive in your inbox, please be sure to add suppor@lifesabundance.com to your contacts.

Company Changes to Your Autoship Order.

From time to time, we may make changes that affect your Autoship order. These changes can be as a result of backorders, price or shipping changes, product size changes, etc. When we make a change to your order, we will attempt to notify you by email, and the change will be reflected in your Autoship Courtesy Reminder whenever possible. Since email is the primary method of communicating these changes, please keep your email address on file up-to-date so we can notify you of any changes to your Autoship order.
