Really excellent product, my puppy was starting to have consistent accidents in certain areas of the house and other products including Nature’s Miracle just didn’t seem to be working. Started using this and I haven’t had any further issues. The spray has a really pleasant scent as well which is an added bonus.

It neutralizes the pet waste odor as other products do, such as enzyme spot and odor removing products. Other products have a perfume like chemical smell that is strong and unpleasant. Bio-Base Biodeoderizer has a very subtle, pleasant, mild essential oil like fragrance. I have a puppy and I’m already ordering another bottle. I want to have a bottle nearby for the inevitable puppy mishaps.

This is so, so, much better than the other sprays on the market. I hope that there will soon be a gallon refill size. I use this for cleaning up accidents, during my weekly cleaning of dog beds, kennels, etc., when my drain smells, as a laundry additive when I wash dog stuff, and sometimes just to freshen up a stale or dirty smelling area. I actually don't know what I'd do without it.
